Game Development Mastery Program

Transform your creative vision into playable experiences through our comprehensive 18-month journey from concept to published game

Build Real Games That Players Actually Want

We've spent years watching talented people struggle with scattered tutorials and incomplete courses. Our approach is different — you'll work on actual game projects from week one, building a portfolio that demonstrates real capability.

The gaming industry doesn't need more people who memorized syntax. It needs problem solvers who can ship finished products. That's exactly what our graduates do.

  • Complete three fully-realized game projects during the program
  • Master industry-standard tools including Unity, Unreal Engine, and Blender
  • Learn from developers who've shipped commercial titles
  • Portfolio review sessions with working game developers
  • Access to our private Discord community of 800+ developers

Three Phases, One Clear Path

Each phase builds on the previous one. You'll never feel lost because every project prepares you for the next challenge.

Months 1-6

Foundation & First Game

Start with a simple 2D platformer that actually works. You'll learn programming fundamentals, sprite animation, and level design while building something you can show your friends. No theory-heavy lectures — just hands-on creation from day one.

Months 7-12

3D Development & Team Project

Dive into 3D game development with a focus on environmental storytelling and player psychology. You'll work in small teams to create a polished 3D experience, learning collaboration skills that studios actually value.

Months 13-18

Portfolio & Publishing

Design and develop your capstone project — a game that represents your unique vision and technical skills. We'll guide you through the publishing process on Steam or mobile platforms, giving you real-world experience with marketing and player feedback.

Kestrel Whitmore

Lead Instructor & Program Director

Before teaching, I spent eight years as a gameplay programmer at three different studios. I've worked on everything from mobile puzzle games to AAA console releases. What I learned is that the best developers aren't necessarily the ones with perfect code — they're the ones who can solve problems creatively and ship projects on time.

That's the mindset I bring to our program. We focus on practical skills and real-world problem solving because that's what the industry actually needs.
